On Saturday, June 17th, six Team Mudo KMA athletes competed in the 2023 Body Armor State Games in Concord, NC. All six athletes competed and medaled in Poomsae bringing home 2 golds, 2 silvers, and 2 bronze medals. Maverick Martinez and Tauren Wendt both won gold medals, Alex Kyaw and J.J. Collins both won silver medals, and Donovan Williams and Isaiah Tate both won bronze medals.
The team was coached by Master Jeff Rosser, Assistant Instructor Randall Miller, and Mrs. Angel Miller. Through the first half of 2023, Team Mudo KMA athletes have won 14 gold medals, 10 silver medals, and 3 bronze medals.
