Jeff W. Rosser, Head Instructor
Jeff Rosser is an instructor of Kukki Taekwondo and Hapkido (Eul Ji Kwan – KHF) with more than 35 years of martial arts experience. He is the author of Combative Elbow Strikes and a former columnist for Taekwondo Times and Totally Taekwondo Magazine. He has written over 130 articles which have appeared in magazines across North America, Europe, and Australia.
He was a member of the 2000 AAU USA National Karate Team and has competed internationally in South Korea and Hungary. After spending a decade teaching Taekwondo and English in South Korea, he returned to the United States to teach traditional Korean martial arts in his home state of North Carolina. He has a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice and has also worked as a professional educator for more than 20 years. In addition to Taekwondo and Hapkido, he has also trained in Shorin-ryu Karate, Kokusai Rengokai Kobudo, Shuri-te Jujutsu, and Judo.

Jenna Kim – Coordinator of the Korean Language, History, and Culture Program
Jenna Kim is a professional educator with over a decade of experience. She was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and first came to the U.S. back in 2009. She attended Bellevue College where she graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Upon returning to Seoul in 2013, she spent the next five years teaching English to children and adults. She now resides in North Carolina where she continues to work as a language arts instructor.
