We offer a wide range of martial arts programs for kids, teens, and adults of all levels.
Taekwondo Program
We teach traditional Kukki Taekwondo with an emphasis on self-defense and fitness. Kukki Taekwondo is the original form of Taekwondo created by the Korea Taekwondo Association. It focuses on strikes, kicks, and blocks with advanced training in joint locks and throws. This program is for ages 5 and up. Classes available Monday – Thursday.
Hapkido Program
We teach Euljikwan Hapkido (Korea Hapkido Federation) with an emphasis on self-defense. Hapkido is a grappling art that focuses on joint locks, throws, ground pinning, weapons defense, striking, and kicking. This program is open to adults and teens 13 and up. Classes are available Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Sparring Program
We offer classes in traditional step-sparring, free sparring, and competition sparring for students at the rank of yellow belt and up. This program is open to ages 7 and up. Classes are available on Fridays.
Jeontong Mugido Program
We offer classes in traditional Korean and Okinawan weapons. Weapons include: bo, nunchaku, sai, tonfa, kama, tanto, bokken, danbong, and danjang. This program is open to ages 8 and up. Classes are available on Fridays.
